Your New Role
As the Executive Assistant you will be responsible for providing temporary administrative and secretarial duties to a supportive Regional Managing Director. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing Director’s complex calendars
- Scheduling meetings and liaising with stakeholders
- Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements
- Assistance with expense reports and company correspondence
- General administration duties as required

About You
- 3-5 years experience as an Executive Assistant
- Must carry Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Skilled in MS Office, Outlook and Zoom.
